Positive: Excellent breakfast, great location-seafront, good entertainment, great security. we had a small technical problem with our television, problems solved and Bridget went out of her way to support us book a flight back to Nairobi after she overheard me saying I was having difficulties booking sgr train to Nairobi which was full. Polite and helpful staff with Bridget and Juma receiving our 5 star rating for their support.
