The house have 3 bedrooms that I rent, all with there own bathroom. The rooms have air condition, ceiling fan and a small fridge.
In the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room that is shared by all guests. Outside of the house there is parking available and a garden.
Located in Kendwa, only 1 minute walk to Kendwa Beach, Pumzika Kendwa Villa features a garden where you can sit enjoy the stars during the nights. The kitchen that is shared has oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle and a blender. There is Wifi available in the house. If you need laundry service our housekeeper can help you. The housekeeper also clean the rooms every other day. The house is close to popular restaurants as Essence, Furaha beach bar and Kendwa rocks, local shops and several water sport companys. Not far from the house there is a fish market were you can buy fresh fish. I have a good tour guide if your interested in different trips and a good driver if you need transport to the house. I hope you will enjoy your stay.

La cocina que se comparte tiene horno, estufa, refrigerador, tetera y licuadora. Hay Wifi disponible en la casa. Si necesita servicio de lavandería, nuestra ama de llaves puede ayudarlo. El ama de llaves también limpia las habitaciones cada dos días. La casa está cerca de restaurantes populares como Essence, el bar de playa Furaha y las rocas de Kendwa, tiendas locales y varias empresas de deportes acuáticos. No muy lejos de la casa hay un mercado de pescado donde se puede comprar pescado fresco. Tengo un buen guía turístico si está interesado en diferentes viajes y un buen conductor si necesita transporte a la casa. Espero que disfrute de su estancia.

When you used the kitchen please make sure you clean up so other guests can use. If you want to wash your clothes please give them to the housekeeper in the morning.
Don't forget to lock your own room when you leave and also the gate to the house.
